Billing Policy

The following Terms of Use constitute Hostlx Billing Policy and apply to All Hostlx customers:

Payments
All charges are shown in US Dollars. Payments are to be made in US dollars. Hostlx accepts the following types of payment:

1) PayPal
2) Cheque* / DD*
3) Online Bank Transfer*

All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. Recurring charges will be posted to your paypal until such time that you cancel your account in accordance with Hostlx Billing Policy in the TOU. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying Hostlx, of any changes to your paypal e-mail address (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, billing address, or card status). If you are paying with cheque/DD/Direct Bank Transfer it will be your responsibility to make sure that we receive your payment on time to avoid Account Suspension

Accounts that are five (5) days past due will be automatically suspended, and will be deleted automatically after fifteen (15) days past due. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

Account Renewals
In order to ensure uninterrupted service to your website, all plans will automatically renew at the end of the plan's Billing Cycle. Plan renewal charges are based on the prevailing rate on the date of renewal according to the service selected. Plans are renewed for the same billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your plan before plan renewal, please refer to the Cancellation section below.

Important Notice
Since Hostlx temporarily do not support domain name registration, Incase You fail to renew your primary domain name or want to discontinue current usage of domain and want to change your primary domain name you will need to mail us at support@Hostlx.com with request for change in primary domain name. There will be no charge for change in Primary Domain Name. You will not be able to use Hostlx Service if your primary domain name expires unless you inform us.

Statements
Hostlx does not mail paper invoices or statements. After completion of Order, You will receive an e-mail containing your username and password to access client area at www.Hostlx.com/client.

Fees
Add On Service
All Addon Service provided by Hostlx like Dedicated IP, Remote Back Up and Any other service launched in future are optional.

Chargebacks
A $25.00 chargeback fee will be assessed for each credit card chargeback received by Hostlx.

Credit Card Disputes/Chargebacks
Hostlx has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at Hostlx discretion. A charge of $25.00 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.

Cancellation
There is no Restriction on Duration. All Prices indicated at the time of Order is applicable to you as long as you contine to Host with Us. If you wish to cancel your recurring billing, You can do so by visiting Client Area.

Billing/Price Changes
Hostlx plan and prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective to existing users as soon as they cancel there Account Renewal.
